​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Liz Dansby, RN, LMT is a Yoga and meditation instructor and the owner of Savasana Massage and Wellness in Fort Worth, Texas. Liz loves guiding others on their journeys to completely healing, knowing, and loving themselves. During her Yoga teacher training, Liz's passion for spiritual growth and self development was sparked. Shortly after beginning the training, Liz began studying
meditation, concentration, visualization, and dream interpretation, which further awakened her interest in spiritual learning.​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Prior to becoming a massage therapist and Yoga instructor, Liz worked for six years as a Pediatric Psychiatric Nurse and Nurse Educator. During that time, Liz learned more deeply about the healing effects of empathy and compassion, which became the foundations for her work today.

Liz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Respondere Certificate from the School of Metaphysics. Liz is certified in Swedish Massage and has received additional training in myofascial release and Reiki levels I and II. She completed a 200 hour Hatha and Kundalini Yoga teacher training through Trinity Yoga in 2016.

archetypical realms, guided medication, chakra and polarity balancing, profound inner journeying, sound immersion, Healing Breath, physical, emotional and energetic realignment and release.

The feeling of being trapped in your body or life situation can be highly toxic, leading to a downward spiral in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. John supports and guides his clients in moving toward wholeness, wellness, clarity and health.

His work is informed by his own healing journey toward wholeness which has included studies in Shambhala Training (Heart of Warriorship and Sacred Path), Holotropic Breathwork with Grof Transpersonal Training, Healing Breath and Healer Training with Wahe Guru Kaur, Kundalini Yoga as Taught by Yogi Bhajan Teacher Training through IKYTA, Vipassana, Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Buddhist meditation and traditional Shipibo Conibo healing in the Amazon rainforest of Peru.

She decided to pursue her craft more in depth and took a month long immersion teacher training class at the Sivananda Yoga and Vedanta Centre in London, England prior to moving to the United States in 2013. Gail continues to practice yoga at Indra’s Grace in Weatherford, Texas where she anticipates acquiring another teacher certification in 2018.

Along with her love of yoga, Gail is passionate about all aspects of healthy eating and loves to cook nutritious plant based meals. Gail appreciates Hippocrates’ quote on the subject stating, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” This is the philosophy that underpins Gail’s work in the kitchen. She is a strong believer that wellness starts from within and healthy food does not have to be complicated. Gail loves how food can be used, not only as an avenue to good health, but also as a way to bring people together and create community.

Upon relocating to the United States, Gail took an interest in and educated herself on American farm and livestock practices. Through those studies, Gail decided to become a vegetarian adhering to plant based foods and implementing many vegan ideals not only in the kitchen, but in many other avenues in life. Gail has been married to Eric Hollingsworth since 2013. They have one son, Asher, and a cat named Pumpkin.


​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Gail Hollingsworth comes to us from Airdrie Scotland, a small town lying halfway between the historic capital of Edinburgh and the modern cityscape of Glasgow. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mental Health Nursing from the University of Western Scotland.

Melanie is currently involved a KRI accredited Kundalini teacher training program. She is a mother of two amazing, bright young adults still living at home, 1 dog and 6 cats. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, painting, crafting, reading, yoga and taking time to just be.

Melanie believes in living a simple and natural lifestyle. She has personal and work experience in natural health, herbs, essential oils, and alternative therapies.
